We focus on the development of methods to prevent growth of harmful microorganisms in food (bacteria, including Escherichia coli groups, fungi, viruses, various types of mold) and contribute to boosting nutrient value of food products.
All additives are based on the innovative technology of natural cellulose fiber modification with the acquisition of antimicrobial properties. The additives are proved to be effective due to physical rather than chemical impact on harmful microorganisms. Charged fibers bind pathogenic bacteria and block their nutrition, respiration and multiplication. Thanks to it, the growth of microorganisms is suppressed and the shelf life of products extends significantly.

The main properties of the additives include the extension of the shelf life of finished products and the prevention of lipid oxidation. Additives have a well-developed mechanism for selecting targets, allowing them to be completely safe for functional microorganisms used in meat production (depending on the version of the additive).
